The Role Managing the service provisions to maintain commercial accountability across the P&L of our service. Ensuring all provisions are aligned across each individual customer, driving clear KPI's and RACI matrix in order to achieve and maintain a quality service. Key Responsibilities Review and advise on competitor analysis Proactively identify and implement business process improvement opportunities Communicate clear performance expectations, goals and objectives to all members of the service delivery team. Form & shape projects and initiatives, ensuring there is continuous improvement in how we meet our contractual commitments, SLA's and business objectives. The Role To grow existing customer and partner relationships to deliver against specific, measurable targets across a broad spectrum of products and services.
