The Role
Delivery of training and coaching programs for BDE's to Client Relationship Directors of the internal Sales organisation. You will be responsible for providing training and coaching both face to face and virtual classroom. You will deliver impact and value to our teams through engaging and effective delivery, coach and develop managers and draw upon your experience as a coach/trainer to achieve the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement learning programs
- Utilise a wide variety of training channels to achieve training and business objectives including digital/online modules, live training, coaching, snackable learnings, and robust training curriculum
- Enable learner engagement and connection pre- or post-training sessions
review KPI & Performance of sales reps/managers to identify training needs - Build strong relationships with Sales Reps/Managers and key stakeholders within the business
- Prepare and present reports to the Head of Sales Development
Skills / Experience Required
- Experience delivering formal or informal learning programs using single channel or blended approaches, including virtual and classroom-based instructor-led training
- Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical concepts into terms that are easy to understand for non-industry audiences in an influential and persuasive manner
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels in an organization
- Experience managing budgets and quantifying ROI for key initiatives
