Service Management Senior Learning Specialist (ITIL 4)
The role:
To deliver engaging and immersive service management (ITIL) courses and programmes, whilst building positive relationships and sharing expertise internally and externally.
Your Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of best practice, service management frameworks and standards (Inc. ITIL, SDI, SIAM etc...)
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional
- ITIL v3 Expert
- Contribute to organisational development and quality improvement through collaboration with others and develops innovative course materials
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills including:
- Ability to present to camera (live delivery, and short video creation)
- Ability to facilitate learning events using a variety of techniques
- Ability to coach/mentor learners in different learning environments
Apply theoretical understanding of effective practice in teaching, learning and assessment, enabling learners to share responsibility for their own learning and assessment and encourages learners to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study
