Senior Service Delivery Manager
Location: Home-based (some travel to the office may be required)

The Role
Managing the service provisions to maintain commercial accountability across the P&L of our service. Ensuring all provisions are aligned across each individual customer, driving clear KPI's and RACI matrix in order to achieve and maintain a quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and advise on competitor analysis
- Proactively identify and implement business process improvement opportunities
- Communicate clear performance expectations, goals and objectives to all members of the service delivery team.
- Form & shape projects and initiatives, ensuring there is continuous improvement in how we meet our contractual commitments, SLA's and business objectives.
- Monitor progress, support and coach the team including managing under performance where required.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience of working in a customer centric, fast paced, matrix environment
- An experienced people and performance manager, supporting personal development and coaching
- A track record of working effectively to deliver targets through cross functional teams
