Are you used to a fast paced, decision-making role where attention to detail, ability to multi-task and have good IT skills are a must? Do you have full life-cycle experience and knowledge of International Students Admissions process? Are you used managing a small team? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!   

About our role: As a specialist in international student admissions, you will be responsible for student admissions of a specific region, ensuring the agreed admissions policies are implemented effectively and efficiently, from student enquiry through to CAS
Daily you will be coordinating a team to assess international student applications and validate documentation in line with the agreed admissions processes and policies.
You will be working collaboratively with Recruitment, to contribute to the annual admissions cycle and deliver high quality service from application to enrolment.

Responsible to coordinate the admissions applications for a specific region from the point of enquiry to CAS to ensure that the desired KPIS are being met.
Coordinate a team to review application forms and supporting documents, conducting initial profile assessment in accordance with the universities policies and processes.
Ensuring that admissions’ checks are performed thoroughly and accurately to uphold the standards and criteria agreed.
Support Admissions officers for a specific region to receive training on the education system for the covered countries and being up to date with UKVI policies.

Bring your experience:
Considerable experience of working in Higher Education Admissions or similar organisation
Experience in dealing with large volumes of data and the utilisation of customer management systems and student record system.
Experience in working with the immigration rules and CAS.
Desirable experience in coordinating a team
